Honda-NX-200-Leaked-Design-Rear-Image1
It looks like Honda is gearing up to launch its first proper entry-level off-road adventure bike in the Indian market. A design patent filed by Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India shows the drawings of an upcoming bike that could carry the NX200 nametag. The NX200 name was patented by Honda in India last year. The leaked images show a dual-sport motorcycle that looks inspired by the current CB200X. However, the tall stance and beak-less front-end are similar to the Africa Twin, which is a good thing. The single-cradle chassis and the box-section swingarm are shared with the CB200X.The bike is now more off-road oriented, thanks to an upswept under-seat exhaust and spoke wheels. The bike also gets a tall visor and a new LED headlamp setup. Expect this bike to get LED lighting all around and single-channel ABS.The 184 cc engine on the CB 200X produces 17 HP at 8500 RPM and 16.1 Nm at 6000 RPM, while the 200 cc engine on the Xpulse produces 17.8 HP at 8500 RPM and 16.45 Nm at 6500 RPM.
